We offer the following sizes: S, M, L, X
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If you order before 16:00, your order will be shipped the same day. If you place your order after 16:00, we will ship it the next business day.
Can my order be delivered?
Orders within a radius of 10 km will be delivered free of charge, if the customer selects this option during checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders of €50 or more are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders below this amount, shipping costs of €5.95 apply. Do you live within a radius of 10 km? Then we will deliver your order for free, regardless of the order amount.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number. With this number you can track your order. You can also track your order with your details via your account or directly on our site.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Exchanges are also possible within the same period. Please see our return policy for more details.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Are there any costs associated with returns?
The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is it possible to pay afterwards?
Yes, we offer postpay via Klarna and Riverty. Both options are easily selected during checkout.
Will I receive an invoice?
Invoices are not sent automatically, but you can receive an invoice upon request by contacting our customer service.
Can I add an item to my existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an item to an order that has already been placed. You can place a new order and, if possible, contact us to combine shipping.
What happens if I accidentally make a mistake in my address details?
Please contact our customer service directly. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change the address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled if they have not been processed. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to make a change or cancellation.
